Curt Knapp was high school class president and a drummer in the Ohio State University Marching Band. He went on to become an Army helicopter pilot in Vietnam with the 101st Airborne Division in 1967-68. Curt is a life member of the Vietnam Helicopter Pilots Association, the Army Aviation Heritage Foundation, and the VFW. He has 5 grandchildren and lives in Carmichael, Ca.
